1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp once the route, date, vehicle and fare are agreed. A booking is considered final once the driver and vehicle details are shared with the customer.

2. Fare & Billing

Fares are based on the per-km rate and driver bata applicable to the chosen vehicle, as quoted at the time of booking. Tolls, parking, and interstate permit charges are billed separately at actuals. One-way trips carry a minimum running distance of 130 km per day.

3. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or carrying prohibited items inside the vehicle is not permitted.

4. Luggage & Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please check the vehicle for any items left behind before drop-off.

5. Vehicle Substitution

In rare cases of vehicle unavailability, we will provide a substitute vehicle of the same or higher category at no extra cost, with prior notice to the customer wherever possible.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure safe travel, but are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, or events beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
